Compared with open Jack and leaf spring jack, it has the characteristics of small contact resistance, soft insertion, vibration resistance, impact resistance, long life and high reliability. Its failure rate is only 10-9. Therefore, from the analysis of structure and performance characteristics, it is the best scheme to select the wire spring hole as the contact couple of the electrical connector.

Wire spring jack is a high reliable Jack assembly, which is the contact part of electrical connector. Jingcheng industry has a professional technology. It uses special assembly technology. It is made of several beryllium bronze wires with high elasticity (hereinafter referred to as copper wires) which are diagonally drawn and compacted along the inner wall of the jack. All copper wires form a specific angle with the inner wall of the jack, so that all copper wires in the jack are in hyperbolic shape (such as the left picture). This is the case. Therefore, the line spring jack is also called the hyperboloid line spring jack. When the pin is inserted into the wire spring socket, all the copper wires are close to the outside surface of the pin in a larger range. At this time, all copper wires in the pin are in multi-line contact with the pin (such as the right figure).
